Coming back from lunch, I saw Pete Doherty getting out of a cab in Camden. He looked pretty much as you would expect. I noticed the hat first and without even seeing the face I knew it was him.
He's surprisingly tall, non-elegantly wasted, a bit spotty, stub of a fag on the go, a mixed bag of an entourage.
Still alive then.

I saw him in Denmark St about a year ago. He is very lanky and yes he was wearing the hat. I wonder how tall he is exactly? My guess is 6 ft 4.
As a person of severely restricted coolness, I'm not sure I can recall anything he's ever recorded. is he actually any good?
Don't ask me, I've only ever heard one Libertines song and frankly it wasn't much cop.
